As a key pillar of their winning Commercial Law teamreporting to the Managing Partner, you will relish advising/transacting (majority) and litigating on a diverse multitude of intellectually stimulating, challenging and interesting commercial legal issues relating to but not limited to:

sale and purchase of businesses, directors/shareholders issues, joint ventures, licensing, franchising, commercial contracts, debt recovery/insolvency, leases, mortgages, intellectual property, employment law, defamation, construction law, trade practices/consumer law & trusts.

You will take ownership of your practice with full carriage of your own files & clients.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

- Are an admitted lawyer with minimum 5 years experience (or more-up to senior associate) in commercial law (transactional/advisory) plus some commercial litigation (preferable);

- have proven ability to highly autonomously manage your own commercial law files from start to finish;

- have strong legal research/drafting/negotiation skills+ client-service skills;
