YOUR NEW ROLE
As a valued lawyer, reporting to the Managing Partner (with close to 20 years’ exp), you will love the variety+ challenge+ satisfaction of managing your own files and engaging directly with diverse clients in at least 2 or all 3 (depending on your experience) of the following:
- Civil litigation (eg general commercial/contractual, employment, property/construction, personal injury disputes)
- Family Law (eg divorce/separation, property settlements, parenting/child custody issues)
- Criminal Law (common/sexual assault, fraud, traffic offences, drugs, domestic violence, larceny).

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- are an admitted lawyer in NSW with minimum 3+ years (OR MORE) experience in at least 2 or MORE of: 1) civil litigation, 2) family law and/or 3) criminal law.
- Have strong technical legal knowledge, legal research, legal drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills + experience managing your own files.
- Can prioritise your time/meet deadlines +proven ability to effectively engage with and manage your clients;
- Are ambitious, results-focused+ with an entrepreneurial mind-set with some experience in business development/generating new client referrals (preferable not essential);
- have excellent English communication + Mandarin fluency.
