YOUR NEW ROLE

In this KEY valued role, being the right hand to just 1-2 personal injury lawyers, you will love the stimulation+ fulfilment of assisting them obtaining justice for injured clients.

You will be liaising with clients/doctors/solicitors, dictaphone typing letters/court documents; preparing briefs to counsel, arranging travel/meetings, file and diary management, time recording/billing and general administration.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

- are a legal secretary/assistant or paralegal with MINIMUM 2 years+ (up to very senior 20+ yrs) personal injury law experience (preferably including in some workers compensation/work injury damages, CTP and/or public liability);
- have proven ability to work in a busy fast-paced environment;
- are adaptable+ results-driven+ have strong Microsoft Office skills;
- have outstanding communication, time management+ people skills;
- are hungry to advance your career long-term with a reputable plaintiff law firm.
