As part of this winning Commercial Law teambeing mentored by a STAND-OUT industry-leading Partner + the Commercial Law Practice Leader, you will relish advising/transacting and litigating on a diverse multitude of intellectually stimulating, challenging and interesting commercial legal issues relating to but not limited to:

sale and purchase of businesses, directors/shareholders issues, joint ventures, licensing, franchising, commercial contracts, debt recovery/insolvency, leases, mortgages, intellectual property, employment law, defamation, construction law, trade practices/consumer law & trusts.

You will have full carriage of your own files and have direct relationships with your clients.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

- Are an admitted lawyer with minimum 3+ years (OR MORE up to Associate level) post-admission experience in commercial law (both transactional/advisory and litigation);
- have broad-ranging commercial legal/litigation experience managing your own files;
- have strong legal research/drafting/negotiation skills+ client-service skills;
