YOUR NEW ROLE

In this pivotal role,reporting to2 outstanding senior partners, you will relish the challenge+ diversity and rewards acting for top quality clients in respect of their property (and related ‘spin-off’ commercial/tax) legal affairs.

Eg Sales and acquisitions of residential, commercial, industrial, retail properties; commercial/retail leases; land-subdivision and titling; construction/development contracts; property development & financing; property related tax (stamp duty, GST, land tax) & structuring advice; joint ventures; put/call-options.

WHO YOU ARE

- Are a lawyer admitted to practice in NSW with min 4+ years post qualification experience [up to Senior Associate level] in property law (including high-end transactions not merely basic residential conveyancing) + commercial/tax law (preferable, not essential);
- have strong legal research, drafting, negotiation+ client management skills;
