YOUR NEW ROLE
Reporting to the Managing Associate and Principal, as a valued+ KEY member of this winning friendly close-knit personal injury team, you will love:

- the freedom+ satisfaction of running your own personal injury files/dealing with your own clients in obtaining justice for plaintiff clients in respect of their workers compensation (approx 80-85%) and common law claims (approx 15-20%) eg CTP, medical negligence, public liability, work injury damages etc;

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:

- Are a personal injury SOLICITOR with MINIMUM 24 months hands-on NSW workers compensation experience (essential)+ preferably other areas of personal injury law (not essential);
- have strong knowledge of relevant NSW workers compensation legislation/procedures and have managed your own statutory workers compensation files from start to finish;
- have proven ability to work in a busy fast-paced workplace;
- are ambitious+ proactive+ enjoy what you do;
- have outstanding communication, time management+ people skills;
