YOUR CURRENT ROLE

As a key member of this outstanding Workers Compensation team being mentored by an outstanding Partner well-known in the industry+ top-notch head Team Leader, you will love the challenge+rewards obtaining justice for your plaintiff injured clients in respect of their workers compensation and/or additional flow-on work injury and/or TPD claims.

You will have full carriage of your own files and have direct relationships with clients.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

- have minimum 2 years (up to senior associate) personal injury law experience including statutory workers compensation (essential) with a reputable firm and are IRO accredited (preferable) or eligible to be;
- have strong knowledge of relevant NSW WC legislation and the 'life cycle' of a WC claim from start to finish;
- have had experience case managing WC cases from start to finish highly autonomously (essential)+ preferably 1 or more of: 1) common law work injury damages and 2) TPD ;
- have strong advocacy and drafting skills;
- thrive in a busy fast paced environment;
- are ambitious +hungry to advance your career with a leading firm long-term.
