YOUR NEW ROLE
Reporting to & being mentored by a highly rated industry leading Accredited Specialist Personal Injury Law Partner, you will relish the challenge+ satisfaction+ rewards of fighting for justice for your plaintiff clients(predominantly Korean speaking clients) in respect of all types of personal injury claims including:

- Workers compensation/work injury damages, CTP (motor vehicle accidents), TPD, public liability, medical negligence and abuse.

You will have carriage of your own files + direct client relationships with top back-up mentorship.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:

- Are an admitted lawyer in NSW (or soon to be admitted);
- have MINIMUM 12 months (or more) plaintiff personal injury law experience including in any 1 or more of: 1) workers compensation/WID; 2) public/occupiers liability; 3) TPD/super; 4) medical negligence; 5) CTP; 6) abuse.
- are verbally fluent in both English and Korean (essential);
- have a strong technical knowledge of relevant laws/legislation/case law;
- are ambitious, dead-line driven, client-centric, proactive +have a winning positive attitude;
- are hungry to accelerate your career long-term with a 1st-class plaintiff firm.
