YOUR NEW ROLE

As a key valued senior lawyer reporting to a top calibre Team Leader/ Accredited Specialist Partner, you will relish the challenge+ satisfaction of obtaining obtain justice for your clients in respect of their common law personal injury claims -primarily in EITHER: 1) CTP (motor vehicle accidents) OR 2) Public Liability OR 3) Abuse plus if you desire some variety 1-2 other areas of common law (ctp, medical negligence, public liability, work injury damages, TPD, abuse).

You will have full-spectrum carriage of your own files-obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence, legal research, providing technical legal advice, liaising with third parties, briefing counsel and attending court/settlement conferences.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:

- are an admitted solicitor in NSW + have minimum 5-15 or more YEARS experience in personal injury law including in at least one area of common law (preferably 2-3 areas);
- have strong legal technical knowledge +drafting & advocacy skills, are client-centric and results- driven;
