Reporting to the Managing Associate and Principal, as a valued+ KEY member of this winning friendly close-knit personal injury team, you will love:

- the freedom+ satisfaction of running your own personal injury files/dealing with your own clients in obtaining justice for plaintiff clients in respect of their common law claims (approx 90-95%%) eg CTP, medical negligence, public liability, WID, TPD AND some workers compensation (approx 5-10%) ;

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

- Are a personal injury SOLICITOR with MINIMUM 5 years personal injury law experience in at least 2 or more of: 1) CTP; 2) work injury damages, 3) public /occupiers liability; 4) TPD; 5) medical negligence; AND also NSW workers compensation (preferable not essential);
- have proven ability to work in a busy fast-paced environment managing your own personal injury cases from start to finish;
- are ambitious+ proactive+ enjoy what you do;
- have outstanding communication, time management+ people skills;
