YOUR NEW ROLE

As a key valued senior lawyer reporting to a top calibre Team Leader Accredited Specialist in their winning CTP/Public Liability team, , you will relish the challenge+ satisfaction of obtaining obtain justice for your clients in respect of their motor vehicle accident (60-70%)+ public liability (30-40%) claims.
You will have full-spectrum carriage of your own files-obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence, legal research, providing technical legal advice, liaising with third parties, briefing counsel and attending court/settlement conferences.
