You:
- are a NSW admitted lawyer with minimum 1 PAE with leading firms/in-house in construction/infrastructure/major projects/property development law (preferably with some litigation experience);
- have strong technical legal/analytical/problem-solving/drafting+ negotiation/advocacy skills;

- In this KEY hands-on role,
being the RIGHT HAND to a STAND-OUT special counsel, you will relish the challenge+stimulation+rewards assisting him advising and litigating on a wide range of HIGH-END complex/large-scale construction/property development/infrastructure project disputes [including any related statutory liability matters eg trade practices & negligence].
