YOUR NEW ROLE
Heading up and leading one of their flourishing COMMON LAW practices (3 direct reports)+ reporting to/being mentored by the highly respected inspirational Managing Partner (who has specialized in personal injury law for over 35 years!), you will relish the challenge+ satisfaction+ rewards of fighting for justice for your plaintiff clients (public liability, work injury damages, abuse, TPD, medical negligence claims).
You will have autonomy in the carriage of your own files + direct client relationships+ lead a team of 3 (2 senior paralegals+1 legal assistant).

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:

- Are an admitted lawyer in NSW;
- have MINIMUM 4-10+ years (or more) plaintiff personal injury law experience including at least 2 or more of: 1) WID; 2) public/occupiers liability; 3) TPD/super; 4) medical negligence; 5) institutional/historical abuse;
- have proven ability managing your own personal injury files from start to finish efficiently+commercially (essential);
- have a strong technical knowledge of relevant laws/legislation/case law;
- are dead-line driven, client-centric, proactive +have a winning positive attitude;
- are hungry to accelerate your career long-term with a 1st-class plaintiff firm.
