In this KEY PIVOTAL role, as the ‘go to’ local Qld CTP paralegal/graduate personal injury lawyer for the firm, being mentored by an impressive senior CTP lawyer with CTP experience Australia-wide (based in Sydney), you will enjoy the challenge+ satisfaction of doing justice for your plaintiff clients focusing on CTP/motor vehicle accidents in Qld and interstate clients in South Australia and Western Australia.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- Are a law clerk (due to be admitted as a lawyer in the next 6 months) OR graduate lawyer in Qld+have MINIMUM 12 MONTHS+ (or more) plaintiff personal injury law experience (including in CTP/motor vehicle accidents);
- have a strong understanding of relevant QLD CTP (motor vehicle accidents) legislation/court practice+procedure, litigation experience+ strong communication, advocacy and people skills;
- are proactive and have a ‘can-do’ attitude;
