YOUR NEW ROLE
In this highly autonomous role, being mentored by the top-notch PRINCIPAL immigration lawyer and COO, you will love the stimulating challenge +rewards of this multi-dimensional role including:
- Direct client interaction/consulting-from start to finish;
- Technical legal advisory
- advising on all immigration issues (approx. 85%- 482/186 visas and compliance advice; 10%- individual visas; 5% judicial review/appeals) for each client eg visa options, eligibility, application merits, drafting submissions/letters of advice.
- Supervising/Mentoring-reviewing the work of case managers/paralegals;
- Contributing ideas+ assisting in various projects for the sales/marketing and legal tech teams.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- Are a lawyer admitted in NSW with an current unrestricted practising certificate;
- Have MINIMUM 2 years post-admission (or more) in immigration law specifically in temporary and permanent skilled business visas (eg subclass 400, TSS visas, ENS, and GSM);
- Have proven your ability to highly autonomously manage your own cases from start to finish and provide technical immigration legal advice to corporate clients (essential);
- Are ambitious, success/results-driven, commercially astute with outstanding communication/client-service skills.
