- are a lawyer with minimum 3+ years’ PAE experience (or MORE) in BOTH commercial law (transactions/advisory) AND property law;

YOUR NEW ROLE

As a valued KEY dual commercial/property lawyer, reporting to an outstanding highly respected managing partner (an ex-top-tier law firm senior lawyer) you will relish the autonomy+ challenge+ stimulating variety servicing top quality/high profile local/international clients (eg high and ultra-high net worth clients, SMEs, financial institutions, public companies, public/private trusts).

Specifically, you will be engaging in:

- Corporate+Commercial transactions/advice -eg buying/selling businesses,



business structures, advising on directors/shareholders issues, corporate restructures, joint ventures, licensing/distribution, intellectual property,franchising, trusts and general commercial contracts;
- Property law-conveyancing (residential off-the-plan and commercial property), retail/commercial leases, licences, subdivisions, land tax, strata, options, construction/development);
- Finance law- advising borrowers and financiers/lenders on all types of loans (eg commercial, residential, property, SMSF,construction finance) and enforcement;
- contributing to the firm’s strategic growth/business development/marketing initiatives.
