Our client is a highly successful modern, forward-thinking, nimble, young, vibrant +close-knit plaintiff law firm that is undergoing an exciting GROWTH phase.

YOUR ROLE

In this KEY valued role, you will love the CHALLENGE+ immense SATISFACTION of being the RIGHT HAND to the managing partner assisting with helping seriously injured clients obtain justice in respect of their :

- TPD (total permanent disablement)/income protection/trauma insurance claims via their superannuation fund+ other insurance policies;
- CTP (motor vehicle accidents); and
- Workers Compensation claims.

You will get BROAD-SPECTRUM experience including:

- attending to initial client enquiries by phone and meeting/greeting guests that arrive in the office;
- liaising with doctors/insurers to schedule medical appointments;
- updating and maintaining electronic document system;
- attending to mail/deliveries;
- diary management;
- ad hoc office administration.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

- Are a paralegal/law student OR a 'career' legal secretary/paralegal with minimum 12 months OR MORE PLAINTIFF personal injury legal experience;
- have had some experience in ANY 1 OR MORE of: 1) TPD/super/income protection insurance; 2) CTP; 3) and/or workers compensation/work injury damages ;
- have strong Microsoft Office (including Word) skills;
- have strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- are highly organized and can meet deadlines;
- can work in a vibrant, fast-paced workplace;
- are hungry to progress your personal injury legal career LONG-TERM with an employer committed to investing in your success;
- can work FULL-TIME or minimum 4 days/week.
