WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

- have a of 5-15+years (up to Senior Associate level) as a registered trademark attorney OR a dually qualified TM attorney/TM lawyer with full-spectrum TM experience including solid oppositions/disputes experience.
- have solid technical knowledge of current trademark law+ practice;
- have high attention to detail+ strong communication/people skills+ commercial acumen;
