YOUR NEW ROLE/CAREER

Being the ‘RIGHT HAND’ to+ being mentored by an outstanding Special Counsel (specialist personal injury lawyer with 20+ years’ experience), you will relish the challenge+ rewards of obtaining justice+ making a positive impact on plaintiff clients who have suffered injuries relating to mainly to CTP (motor vehicle accidents)+ some medical negligence/public liability claims.

Specifically, you will be engaging with clients, typing various correspondence/forms/court documents, liaising with solicitors/insurers/doctors, arranging medical appointments, diary management, preparing briefs to counsel, file management and general administration+ assist with business enhancement/marketing projects.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

- Are a legal secretary/assistant/paralegal with minimum 2 years-20+ years’ personal injury law experience in CTP/motor vehicle accidents (essential) AND medical negligence/public liability (preferable not essential);
- have solid knowledge/practical experience in the ‘life-cycle’ of a NSW CTP claim from start to finish;
- have strong Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook) skills;
- are proactive, dead-line driven positive ‘can-do’ attitude;
- are hungry to advance your personal injury legal career long-term with a highly devoted and caring employer who values their staff.
