YOUR ROLE

As a valued member of the Family Law Team reporting to an industry-leading Principal and a senior associate-both accredited family law specialists-, you will love the freedom and autonomy of running your own practice (whilst simultaneously having access to rock solid mentorship) solving intellectually stimulating and interesting legal disputes relating to all areas of family law including:

- Divorce/separation, children’s issues, domestic violence, parenting issues, property settlement, de-facto relationships.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

- Are an admitted lawyer in NSW + have 4-20+ years post-admission experience in family law;
- Preferably are an accredited specialist (or working towards) in family law and/or have additional qualifications eg Masters in family law;
- Have strong technical legal knowledge/skills in family law+ negotiation/advocacy skills;
- have strong relationship building and client management skills;
- love family law, set yourself high standards and are driven to obtain the best outcomes for your clients;
- can commit to a full-time 5 day (8.30am-5pm) working week (open to candidates who wish to work a 4 day working week).
