YOUR ROLE

As a key member of their winning Total & Permanent Disablement/Superannuation/ Insurance claims team, you will love being the RIGHT HAND supporting top lawyers to help seriously injured clients obtain justice for their TPD claims via their superannuation fund/ other insurance policies.

You’ll love the VARIETY+ REAL hands-on involvement in client cases engaging in:

· Directly interacting with clients/other solicitors/insurers/superannuation funds, doctors;

· Preparing court documents/briefs to barristers+ legal correspondence;

· Legal research;

· Diary management+ general administration.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

- have minimum 1+ year OR MORE personal injury legal experience with a reputable law firm or insurance company;
- have had some TPD/super/income protection insurance experience AND have a keen interest in TPD/superannuation/insurance law;
- have outstanding communication skills +robust Microsoft Office skills;
- are highly organized, dead-line driven+ client-service centric;
