YOUR ROLE

Being mentored 1:1 by an outstanding Senior Managing Solicitor+ being part of a vibrant A+ team, you will love the challenge+ stimulation+ satisfaction of fighting to do full justice for your plaintiff clients in predominantly Institutional/Historical Child Sexual Abuse (approx. 80%) PLUS CTP/public liability/workers compensation/medical negligence cases (approx. 20%).

You will have full-spectrum carriage of your own files-obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence, legal research, providing technical legal advice in respect of the viability of the claim, liaising with solicitors and doctors, briefing counsel and attending court/settlement conferences.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

- are an admitted solicitor with MINIMUM 2 years (up to senior associate) hands-on personal injury law experience (including at least 6 months+ in institutional/child sexual abuse OR if zero experience, have a real serious keen interest in this niche);
- have strong technical legal research/drafting +negotiation+ advocacy skills with high attention to detail;
