YOUR ROLE

As the firm’s KEY ‘go to’ specialist public/occupier’s liability lawyer, reporting to/being mentored by the Managing Solicitor (Head of Public/Occupier’s Liability), you will love taking full OWNERSHIP of your own files/practice+ obtaining justice for your plaintiff clients in respect of their public/occupier liability claims.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

- are a NSW admitted lawyer with 3+ years (up to senior associate level) plaintiff personal injury law experience in occupiers/public liability (Essential);
- have strong knowledge of relevant legislation;
- can run your own public/occupier liability files highly autonomously efficiently;
- have strong litigation/advocacy, negotiation and legal drafting skills;
- are proactive + thrive in a busy fast environment;
- are hungry to progress your career with a leading firm LONG-TERM.
