ABOUT YOU

You:

- are a senior commercial/intellectual property lawyer (Senior Associate-Partner) with 8+ years PAE including in TRADE MARKS;
- have an existing transferrable client base;
- desire MORE: 1) TIME (to do what you enjoy); 2) resources/support/existing ‘infrastructure’; 3) $$$; 4) LIFE/BALANCE; and/or 5) financial SECURITY/STABILITY and LESS stress/administration/frustration.

As THE Intellectual Property PARTNER of the firm, reporting to a top calibremanaging partner,you will relish the autonomy+ challenge+ rewards of servicing the firm’s existing high quality clients (+your own clients) and leading a small team.

Specifically, you will take full ownership of the firm’s existing healthy IP practice (a mix of Trademarks, IP licensing, Copyright)+some corporate/commercial work if necessary to supplement (depends on the size of your own IP client base/your desire to engage in broader commercial work or not).
