ABOUT YOU
YOU:
- are a lawyer with minimum 5+ years’ PAE experience (up to Senior Associate level) in commercial litigation AND also some experience in commercial transactions;
- are happy to engage in a DUAL ROLE- commercial litigation (60-70%) and transactional/advisory commercial law (30-40%);
- are an ambitious high-achiever with strong leadership qualities;

Leading the growing COMMERCIAL LITIGATION Team reporting to a Senior Partner (a stand-out ex-top-tier lawyer+ investment banker) you will relish the challenge+rewards of your multi-faceted role:
- taking full ownership and managing your own commercial litigation/commercial practice (eg commercial/contractual, property, employment, shareholder/director DISPUTES, debt recovery, corporate insolvency+ general commercial/business transactions+ contracts);
