YOUR ROLE
As a KEY player in this LEGAL KNOWLEDGE team (being led and mentored by a top calibre Legal Knowledge Manager), you will support partners/lawyers in the Commercial Litigation team:
· Keep abreast of changes in legislation/case law;
· Provide updates/training/legal education to partners/lawyers;
· Conduct file audits/matter reviews;
· Create+update precedents and firm’s knowledge repositories/intranet/internet;
· Liaise with Client Services+IT teams to develop various legal technology platforms eg ediscovery and other automation platforms.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- Are an admitted lawyer +have minimum 5+ years’ experience (no maximum seniority limit) in commercial litigation (preferably also with some insolvency litigation experience);
- have strong legal drafting skills+ high attention to detail;
- have had some experience in OR at least a keen interest in knowledge sharing/precedent development+legal technology applications;
- are seeking a refreshing alternative legal career path.
