We are looking for an experienced SAP BASIS Administrator to support and maintain SAP environments, with a strong focus on system stability, critical incident management, troubleshooting and operational excellence .

Location : Brisbane, Sydney

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality and stable operations of SAP BASIS systems .
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical incidents, outages and complex technical issues .
- Lead and coordinate Incident and Problem Management , including identifying trends and driving resolution.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve outage resolution times .
- Work closely with ECS, Product Support and other technical teams to deliver projects and operational improvements.
- Create and share KBAs, technical documentation and knowledge roll-outs .
- Support strategic initiatives and continuously improve operational processes.
- Own and coordinate operational tasks, escalations and process improvements.




- Work effectively in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment .

Required Skills & Experience:

- Robust hands-on experience in SAP BASIS , including ABAP, Java and Non-NetWeaver applications .
- Proven experience handling critical incidents, outages and complex troubleshooting under pressure.
- Strong ownership and leadership skills across operational tasks and escalations.
- Ability to quickly learn technologies such as SAP Power Designer and SAP Cloud Connector .
- Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems in a hosting environment.
- Knowledge of cloud/ hyperscaler platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP .
- Strong communication, collaboration and customer-focused approach.
