As the SAP Data Migration Lead, you will take ownership of end-to-end SAP data migration activities across a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality migration solutions, ensuring data integrity, governance, and successful deployment while working closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, architects, and offshore delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end SAP data migration activities including data extraction, cleansing, transformation, mapping, validation, and loading.
- Develop and validate field-level mapping rules between legacy systems and SAP S/4HANA target structures.
- Support SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives across Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Materials Management.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to assess data readiness and improve overall data quality.
- Utilize SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC/LTMOM), LSMW, SAP Data Services, and SAP MDG to execute migration activities.
- Manage mock conversions, defect resolution, cutover planning, and deployment readiness.
- Drive SAP Master Data Governance processes, governance models, workflows, validation rules, and derivations.
- Execute data quality assessments and monitor master data KPIs including completeness, duplicate records, compliance, and change management.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and offshore teams to ensure timely delivery of migration milestones.
- Maintain documentation and provide regular communication to business and project leadership throughout the migration lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,



or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience delivering ETL development and SAP data migration for large enterprise transformation programs.
- Strong SAP S/4HANA migration experience with expertise in data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and loading.
- Proven experience mapping data from legacy systems into SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Advanced SQL skills including complex joins, subqueries, data transformation, formatting, and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC/LTMOM), LSMW, SAP Data Services, and SAP MDG.
- Experience working across Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Materials Management domains.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate effectively with business users, technical teams, and executive stakeholders.
- Experience delivering projects within global delivery models and collaborating with offshore teams.
- SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS) or related SAP certifications are highly regarded.
