Role Overview e are seeking a highly skilled SAP Basis Administrator to deliver stable operations, resolve critical incidents, and drive process improvements across SAP BASIS systems. This role requires strong expertise in ABAP, JAVA, and Non‑NetWeaver applications, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure and collaborate across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure high‑quality, stable operations of SAP BASIS systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical incidents/outages with speed and accuracy.
- Identify and report incident/outage trends; create data‑driven improvement plans.
- Streamline processes to optimize outage resolution time.
- Lead resolution for Critical Incident & Problem Management areas.
- Collaborate with ECS, Product Support, and cross‑functional teams on projects.
- Share knowledge proactively through KBAs and training roll‑outs.
- Support management in strategic directions and initiatives.
Skills & Expertise
- SAP BASIS expertise – ABAP, JAVA, Non‑NetWeaver applications.
- Experience with Linux & Windows OS in hosting environments.
- Solid incident/outage handling and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of Hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) .
- Positive, proactive, and customer‑focused attitude.
