Role Overview

Seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA HR & Payroll Consultant with strong Australian Payroll expertise to provide functional and production support.

Key Responsibilities

- Support SAP PA, OM, Australia Payroll (PY), TM, and Advantages .
- Manage Australian Payroll compliance including STP, PAYG, Superannuation, Payroll Tax, Leave, Terminations, and Year-End activities .
- Troubleshoot payroll issues, reconciliations, enhancements, and legislative changes.
- Support integrations with SuccessFactors EC, SAP CPI/Integration Suite, FI/CO, Banking, and Superannuation .
- Work closely with Payroll, HR, and business stakeholders on incidents, governance, and service reviews.

Mandatory Skills
- Strong SAP HR/HCM & Australian Payroll experience.
- Excellent knowledge of SAP Payroll, Time Management, PA/OM .
- Experience with SuccessFactors EC and SAP Integration Suite/CPI .
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Australian Payroll statutory and legislative knowledge.
