SAP Inventory/Supply Chain Master Data Analyst

? Daily Rate Contract An opportunity is available for an experienced SAP Inventory Analyst/Supply Chain Master Data Analystto join a Newcastle-based operation supporting critical inventory, purchasing and master data activities.

This role will suit a hands-on professional with a blend of SAP Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Master Data and Data Analytics expertise. We are open to candidates currently working as a Project Coordinator, Inventory Analyst or Senior Inventory Analyst who enjoy working across business functions and driving data quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities

- Extract, validate and analyse inventory and purchasing data from SAP
- Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and Excel-based reporting
- Monitor inventory and MRP exceptions and drive corrective actions through to closure
- Support inventory reconciliations, data validation and data cleansing activities
- Coordinate activities across Inventory, Purchasing, Maintenance and Master Data teams
- Deliver ad hoc analysis and BAU inventory support
- Assist with process improvement initiatives and data governance activities

Required Experience





- Hands-on SAP Supply Chain, Materials Management or Inventory Management experience
- Solid understanding of inventory processes and master data principles
- Advanced Excel capability including complex analysis and reporting
- Experience developing or maintaining Power BI reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to coordinate stakeholders across multiple business functions

Highly Regarded

- Mining, resources or heavy industry experience
- Exposure to MRO inventory environments
- Experience supporting data cleansing, inventory optimisation or SAP improvement initiatives
