PinoyPro Business Solutions is currently seeking experienced and reliable industrial tradespeople for current and upcoming opportunities across Australia. We are looking for skilled candidates in the following roles:

- Scaffolders
- Sheet Metal Fabricators
- Boilermakers

These opportunities are suitable for experienced tradespeople with a strong background in industrial, mining, shutdown, manufacturing, fabrication, or similar environments.

Key Responsibilities

Scaffolders

- Erect, dismantle, and modify scaffolding structures safely and efficiently.
- Install scaffolding platforms, access systems, handrails, and temporary structures.
- Inspect scaffolding components and ensure structures are safe and suitable for use.
- Perform scaffolding work in industrial and shutdown environments.
- Work safely at heights and follow site-specific safety procedures.
- Work effectively with other trades and follow supervisor instructions.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Sheet Metal Fabricators

- Fabricate, assemble, install, and repair sheet metal components.
- Measure, cut, bend, shape, and fit sheet metal materials.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
- Perform fabrication and installation work in industrial and shutdown environments.
- Ensure all work meets required quality and safety standards.

Boilermakers

- Fabricate, assemble, repair, and modify steel structures and components.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Perform welding, cutting, grinding, and general fabrication.
- Use welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance.




- Follow WHS procedures and maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

Scaffolders

- High Risk Work Licence – Scaffolding (Basic, Intermediate, or Advanced) preferred
- Working at Heights – issued within the last 2 years
- White Card
- Confined Space Ticket – preferred but not essential
- Previous mining, industrial, or shutdown experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts.

Sheet Metal Fabricators

- Relevant trade qualification or demonstrated experience.
- Previous industrial, mining, manufacturing, or shutdown experience.
- Experience with measuring, cutting, bending, fitting, and fabrication.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- White Card where required.

Boilermakers

- Relevant boilermaking/welding trade qualification.
- Strong welding and fabrication experience.
- Previous industrial, mining, manufacturing, or shutdown experience.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- White Card where required.

General Requirements

- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
- Reliable and able to work effectively within a team workplace.
