We’re growing and are looking for a highly organised and proactive Scheduling Agent to join our team full time.

About the Role

As one of our Scheduling Agents, you will be responsible for coordinating daily job schedules for technicians across the Perth metropolitan area. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong local knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think ahead.

Key Responsibilities

- Scheduling and dispatching HVAC technicians efficiently

- Coordinating service, maintenance, and installation bookings

- Managing daily run sheets and optimising job routes

- Liaising with customers regarding appointment times and updates

- Handling incoming calls and booking enquiries





- Adjusting schedules in real time as priorities change

- Working closely with management and field staff to ensure smooth operations

Essential Requirements

- Previous experience in scheduling/dispatch (HVAC or trades industry essential)

- Thorough knowledge of Perth suburbs and surrounding areas

- Strong organisational and time management skills

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Confident communication skills (phone & email)

- High attention to detail

- Proficient with computers

- Full working rights in Australia
