Centred around our open parrilla grill, our menu celebrates premium Australian produce, bold Argentinian flavours and traditional fire-based cooking, all delivered in a vibrant, quick-paced dining environment.

Position Available

Casual Section Waiter – Restaurant Award Level 2

Monday–Friday: $33.85 per hour

Saturday: $40.62 per hour

Sunday: $40.62 per hour

Public Holidays: $67.70 per hour

Your Day-to-Day Will Include

- Managing your own section and delivering warm, attentive and knowledgeable service

- Guiding guests through San Telmo’s menu and confidently making food and beverage recommendations





- Building rapport with guests and working closely with the wider team to deliver memorable, efficient service

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Section Waiter or in a similar role within a busy restaurant

- Strong sequence of service, food and beverage knowledge, with confidence managing your own section

- Weekend availability, with flexibility to work evenings and public holidays as required
