E Security Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Security Manager to join our growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced security professional who is looking to take the next step in their career and play a key role in the day-to-day management of security operations across a diverse portfolio of venues and clients.

About the role

As Security Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the effective delivery of security services, managing operational teams, maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring compliance with company and industry requirements. You will work within the Operations team to ensure our security personnel are appropriately trained, rostered and supported to deliver a high standard of service.

Key responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day security operations across multiple sites and venues.
- Manage and support Security Supervisors and Security Officers.
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients and venue management.
- Conduct regular site visits and operational checks to ensure KPIs are being met and exceeded.
- Ensure security staff are appropriately licensed, trained, uniformed and compliant.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management of security personnel.
- Monitor staffing levels and assist with rostering requirements.
- Respond to operational issues, incidents and client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Investigate incidents and prepare reports where required.
- Ensure company policies, procedures and client requirements are consistently followed.

About you We are looking for someone who is a strong leader,



excellent communicator and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced security environment.

The successful candidate will ideally have:

- Previous experience in a Security Management, Operations Management or senior security leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of security operations and industry practices.
- Experience managing security personnel and large teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- A professional approach and strong attention to detail.
- The ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Flexibility to work outside standard business hours when operationally required.
- A current NSW Security Licence.
