Security Technology Project Manager | Enterprise Workplace Delivery | 6 Month Contract

This is an opportunity to work across enterprise-scale environments, partnering with internal stakeholders, construction teams, consultants and specialist vendors to deliver secure, technology-enabled workplaces.

About the Role

You will take ownership of physical security project delivery from design coordination through to implementation, commissioning and operational handover.

Working across multiple stakeholders, you will ensure security systems are delivered effectively, aligned with project requirements, timelines and operational standards.

What You’ll Do

- Manage end-to-end delivery of physical security projects across office builds and facility environments
- Own project schedules, milestones, risks, documentation and stakeholder reporting
- Coordinate security integrators, design consultants, construction partners and internal teams
- Support RFP processes, vendor evaluation, procurement activities and contract deliverables
- Review design documentation and coordinate requirements across multiple project disciplines
- Manage installation, programming, testing, commissioning and handover activities
- Identify delivery risks and drive resolution across vendors and project stakeholders
- Support governance, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives

Skills & Experience You’ll Bring





- 7+ years’ experience delivering complex projects, ideally within physical security, security technology, construction or workplace environments
- Proven experience managing technical vendors, consultants and multiple stakeholder groups
- Strong understanding of physical security systems including access control, CCTV/video surveillance, visitor management or integrated security platforms
- Experience working across design, construction and operational teams
- Strong project governance, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment
- Experience interpreting design documentation, technical specifications and construction requirements
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale workplace, corporate real estate or global technology projects will be highly regarded.
