We're looking for a technical-savvy and detail-focused Senior Billing Officer to join our Sydney-based Finance team. This is an chance to take ownership of complex billing activities, become the go-to billing expert, and play a key role in safeguarding revenue across the business.

We're open to candidates in Brisbane, QLD as we also have an office there.

About the Opportunity

Reporting into the Senior Manager, Revenue and Collections, you'll be responsible for ensuring billing is accurate, timely and compliant across a diverse range of products and customer segments.

More specifically, you will:

- Manage and oversee the Bill Run process across all entities
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, disputes and revenue exceptions
- Support revenue assurance activities and identify opportunities to minimise revenue leakage
- Assist with month-end revenue processes,



reconciliations and reporting
- Act as a billing subject matter expert and escalation point for complex issues
- Support system enhancements, testing and process improvement initiatives
- Partner with Sales, Provisioning, Customer Support and Finance teams to resolve billing challenges and improve outcomes

About You Naturally curious and solutions-oriented, you enjoy getting into the detail, improving processes and delivering great outcomes for both customers and the business.

Additionally, you'll bring:

- Previous experience in billing, revenue assurance or finance operations roles
- Solid analytical skills and a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
- Telecommunications industry experience highly regarded
