Western Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Referral Management and Early Support Counsellor to join the Integrated Violence Prevention & Response Service at Blacktown Community Health Centre. You will manage referrals, deliver early intervention assessments and trauma-informed counselling to victim-survivors and families, working with a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated care.
