About the Business

Under the Pallas Group umbrella, we have two purpose-driven, ambitious brands inspired by a passion for excellence within the funds management and property industries.

Pallas Capital is a debt and equity fund manager specialising in the financing of Australian and Recent Zealand Commercial Real Estate. The business was established in direct response to the growing lack of credit in Australia’s mid-range property market; a situation exacerbated by the shortage of reputable, risk-adverse, non-bank lenders.

Fortis our property development management business, has a portfolio of more than $1 billion in successfully completed residential and commercial projects, with a further $900 million to be completed by the end of the year.

Due to continued growth in Fortis, there is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven Senior Client Relationship Manager to join the team in our Melbourne office on a 12-month fixed term contract.

Working alongside all market-facing departments, the role is responsible for improving and growing relationships and outcomes across Fortis' residential developments.

The role plays a pivotal part in ensuring Fortis' relationship-led, detail-driven and community-inspired approach is reflected throughout the purchaser experience, while continuing to strengthen the reputation of the Fortis brand.

The successful candidate will be required to work from the office five days per week.
