We're working with a leading insurance organisation looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a major CTP transformation program at an early, formative stage. You'll be working across customer journeys and digital initiatives, thinking end-to-end for both external customers and internal operations teams, helping shape requirements from the ground up and partnering closely with the Product Owner to drive prioritisation and delivery.

What we're looking for:

- 8+ years experience as a Business Analyst with strong digital BA credentials




- General insurance experience is essential, ideally CTP or motor
- Genuinely end-to-end BA experience is vital, someone who owns delivery from early-stage shaping and discovery through to go-live, not just documentation of decisions already made
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and helping a Product Owner see what needs to be done, not just taking instructions
- Strong stakeholder engagement across both business and technical audiences, including architects and platform leads
- Hands-on agile delivery experience including ceremonies, backlog management and prioritisation in practice, not just in theory
- Guidewire or similar PAS experience is a plus
- Comfortable experimenting with AI as part of a modern BA toolkit is a bonus
