About your new employer:

- Our client is a specialist commercial law firm with a strong focus on providing commercially driven legal advice and achieving practical outcomes for its clients
- The firm is looking for an experienced Senior Associate who can operate autonomously while also contributing to the leadership and ongoing development of the team

About the role:

- Manage a range of commercial, construction and engineering litigation matters .
- Provide strategic and commercially focused legal advice to clients.
- Represent clients in Court, brief counsel and manage matters through the litigation process.
- Independently manage files while supervising broader projects and legal matters.
- Mentor and train junior lawyers and support staff.
- Assist with workload management, team capacity and billing requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Contribute to networking, business development, seminars and practice growth initiatives .

The ideal candidate:

- Senior Associate with 5+ years’ PQE in commercial litigation , ideally with exposure to construction and/or engineering disputes .
- Experience across private practice and/or an in-house corporate environment.
- The ability to independently manage complex matters and competing priorities.




- Robust commercial judgement and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- A proactive approach with a genuine interest in mentoring, leadership and business development . Genuine drive to learn, develop and succeed in property law. Down to earth with a bubbly personality who can work well alone and within the team.
