Role Description
This is a full time on-site role for a Senior Lawyer located in Adelaide, SA. The Senior Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation a variety of matters, including family law, estate planning, and property law. Daily tasks include drafting legal documents, attending court hearings, and negotiating settlements. The role involves staying current with relevant laws and developing strategies to effectively advocate for clients.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in law
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and litigation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in managing client relationships
