We're partnering with a global insurance organisation to appoint a Senior Manager - Data & AI Strategy – a highly visible role sitting at the intersection of strategy, AI, business value and executive influence.

In this global role, you'll help shape the organisation's enterprise Data & AI agenda, ensuring investments are aligned to strategic priorities and delivering measurable business outcomes.

This is a rare opportunity to influence how a global business thinks about Data & AI, challenge conventional thinking, identify emerging opportunities and help determine where the organisation places its future bets.

What you'll be doing

- Refreshing and evolving the enterprise Data & AI strategy
- Assessing whether the organisation is investing in the right opportunities
- Identifying gaps, risks and emerging trends across the Data & AI landscape
- Working with divisional data, technology and business leaders to align priorities and objectives
- Establishing governance, oversight and value assurance frameworks
- Driving visibility of Data & AI outcomes and investment performance at executive level
- Preparing strategic recommendations and executive papers for senior leadership forums
- Influencing stakeholders across underwriting, claims, technology,



data and business functions

What we're looking for This role will suit a strategic thinker who enjoys operating in complex environments and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.

You'll likely bring:

- 12+ years' experience across strategy, transformation, consulting, Data or AI
- Experience within insurance
- A top-tier consulting background combined with industry experience
- Strong Data and/or AI strategy experience
- Exposure to value realisation, portfolio governance or investment assurance
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- The ability to balance long-term vision with practical execution
