About the role

Senior Manager - Group Planning & Reporting – Customer Markets

Are you looking to broaden your enterprise-wide finance, planning and stakeholder partnering experience?

An exciting 12-month max term chance has become available within Group Finance for a Senior Manager, Group Planning & Reporting. This role offers the chance to work at the center of AGL's planning, forecasting and performance reporting activities, providing critical insights that support strategic decision-making across the organisation.

What you’ll be doing:

- Lead enterprise-wide planning, forecasting and performance reporting across Group and Customer Markets.

- Deliver insightful reporting and analysis to support executive decision-making and business performance.

- Drive best-practice forecasting, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes and systems.

- Partner with senior stakeholders to challenge financial assumptions, identify opportunities and manage business risks.





- Oversee external reporting requirements, regulatory requests and key governance processes.

- Lead and develop a high-performing team, building capability and delivering exceptional outcomes across the finance function.

Who We're Looking For

- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or related business discipline and experience within a complex industry

- Post graduate qualifications (CA/CPA, MBA)

- Experiencing leading a high performing team

- Proven partnering with senior management and influencing stakeholders of varying levels of seniority

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail and excellent organisational and planning skills

- Motivated, self-starter with flexible and collaborative work style

- Experience implementing best practice management reporting and forecasting processes

- Continuous improvement mind set
