YOUR ROLE
As part of the winning Property Legal Team reporting to the top-notch Property Partner, you will love the autonomy+ challenge+ satisfaction of running your own conveyancing files (predominantly residential high end developments/off-the plan+ some commercial property) +assisting with other interesting property work. In particular, you will be:
- liaising with clients/solicitors/banks, preparing sale contracts/other property related documents and correspondence, attending settlement and finalising post-settlement matters including registration;
- assisting with commercial/retail leases+ property planning/development/construction work.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- have 4-10+ years conveyancing experience in residential (including off-the plan developments-ESSENTIAL) AND commercial property (preferable);
- have a proven success record of running your own conveyancing files from beginning to end with minimal supervision;
- are super organised, can handle high volume of files [minimum 50+ files], are dead-line driven+ have excellent communication and people skills;
- are committed to excellence in all that you do+ have high attention to detail;
- are willing and able to commit LONG-TERM.
