Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 AUD + Superannuation

7 Cutz Steakhouse is seeking an experienced, high-performing Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations and drive service excellence at our Wollongong venue. You will oversee daily service, maintain dining standards, and manage operational efficiency in alignment with industry best practices.

Key Duties and Responsibilities (ANZSCO ******)

* Collaborate with the Head Chef to plan menus, assess seasonal offerings, and coordinate dining service delivery.

* Plan, organize, and execute special dining functions, group bookings, and promotional events.

* Manage stock purchasing, inventory control, and supplier pricing within budgetary targets while maintaining detailed records of stock levels and financial transactions.

* Ensure the entire dining and bar facility strictly complies with local health, food safety, hygiene regulations, and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements.

* Manage reservations, welcome guests,



oversee table service standards, and directly handle customer inquiries or feedback to ensure high satisfaction.

* Recruit, train, roster, and supervise front-of-house staff, maintaining workplace safety, service speed, and presentation standards.

Skills and Requirements

* Relevant qualifications in Hospitality Management (Diploma/Advanced Diploma) or equivalent substantial industry management experience.

* Proven track record as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or Duty Manager in a high-volume restaurant or steakhouse setting.

* Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and operational problem-solving skills.

* Sound knowledge of POS systems, inventory management software, and roster budgeting.

* Valid NSW RSA certificate.

* Full working rights in Australia.
