ALTO HOMES PTY LTD is looking for a capable Civil Engineering Draftsperson to assist with the preparation and management of civil design drawings and project documentation.

This is a full-time position suited to a technically minded professional who takes pride in producing precise drawings and supporting the successful delivery of construction projects.

Your Role

You will work on civil drafting requirements associated with residential projects and will be responsible for:

- Preparing and revising civil engineering drawings.
- Producing plans for site works, drainage, earthworks and related civil works.
- Converting engineering concepts and specifications into transparent technical drawings.
- Checking drawings and plans for accuracy before issue.
- Incorporating design amendments and maintaining drawing revisions.
- Working with engineers,



consultants and other project team members.
- Organising and maintaining drafting records and project documentation.
- Providing ongoing technical drafting assistance as projects progress.

What You Bring

- Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Civil Drafting or a related area.
- Previous experience in civil drafting or technical drafting.
- Understanding of civil engineering plans, drawings and specifications.
- Practical experience with CAD/drafting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage priorities and meet project deadlines.
- Professional communication and teamwork skills.

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 per annum + superannuation
