The work has real breadth. One week you could be exploring a growth opportunity for a global tech brand, the next digging into customer behaviour in financial services, healthcare or government. Projects range from fast-moving Australian studies to larger, more complex multi-market work across the UK, US and APAC.

The role
As Quant Consultant, you’ll help turn business questions into smart research approaches and meaningful recommendations.
You’ll:

- Manage quantitative and mixed-method projects end to end
- Work directly with clients to understand their challenges and objectives
- Contribute to research design, proposals and strategic thinking
- Analyse data using Q and/or SPSS
- Turn findings into clear, commercially relevant insights
- Present back to clients and build strong account relationships
- Support junior researchers

You’ll also have the chance to broaden your toolkit, whether that’s developing qualitative skills, contributing to thought leadership or exploring how AI and different data sources can help answer client questions in smarter ways.

About you




You’ll bring around proven agency-side research experience, with a strong quantitative foundation and confidence across survey design, analysis and insight development.
But beyond the technical skills, you’ll be someone who asks positive questions.
You’ll want to understand the client’s world, what’s changing in their market, why something matters and what the data is really telling them.
You don’t need to arrive as the finished article. This is a team that will support you to grow from strong researcher into confident consultant and trusted client advisor.
