The Role You'll be given the opportunity to take ownership of your own small portfolio north of the river, rather than spending your days driving all over Perth.
Working closely with an experienced Team Leader, you'll have someone to turn to whenever you need support, while also benefiting from dedicated admin assistance and outsourced duties.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing your own residential portfolio end-to-end
- Building strong relationships with owners and tenants
- Routine inspections and property condition reports
- Leasing and maintenance coordination
- Arrears and compliance management
- Processing and responding to day-to-day property management matters
- Maintaining excellent communication and customer service
- Working collaboratively with the wider Property Management team
You'll ideally have:
- Current WA Property Management Registration – ESSENTIAL
- Minimum 12 months' Assistant Property Management experience
- A genuine desire to progress into managing your own portfolio
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A positive, proactive and team-focused personality
- Valid driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle
- The ability to work independently while knowing when to ask for support
