We specialise in professional restoration and remediation services across the insurance, building, government and commercial sectors throughout South East Queensland.

Our capabilities include water damage restoration and structural drying, fire and smoke restoration, mould remediation, HVAC contamination, contents cleaning and restoration, pack-outs, storage and detailed reporting.

But NLR is about more than equipment and restoration.

And that's why we're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our starting five.

? The EssentialsBefore anything else, we're looking for someone with:

✅ Minimum 4 years' experience in the restoration industry

✅ IICRC certified training

✅ Current Blue Card

✅ Current White Card

✅ Valid driver's licence

✅ Strong water, fire and mould restoration/remediation knowledge

✅ Proven project management experience

✅ Excellent client communication and relationship skills

✅ Strong reporting, documentation and organisational skills

✅ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

We're looking for a leader who's still prepared to get their hands dirty.

Someone who can walk onto a complex loss, assess what's happening, develop a plan, communicate confidently with the client and then work alongside the team when required to get the job done.





You'll oversee projects from initial assessment through to completion, including planning, scheduling, resources, budgets, documentation, quality, compliance and communication.

You'll work closely with clients, insurers, builders, subcontractors, technicians and the NLR leadership team.
